Sales Executive- Insurance
Location: Dartford, Kent (Office-based)
Salary: £25, - £29, basic + uncapped commission- Realistically earning between £- per month in commission
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

The Role
1. Handle inbound sales enquiries from prospective customers
2. Provide tailored and competitive insurance quotations
3. Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and cover options
4. Identify and convert sales opportunities
5. Handle objections effectively to maximise conversions
6. Accurately gather client risk information and present to insurer partners
7. Build and maintain relationships with insurer underwriting teams
8. Produce compliant client documentation and policy paperwork
9. Manage new business administration and account handling
10. Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
11. Previous sales experience, ideally in a telephone-based role
12. Ideally experience within the Insurance industry
13. Confident and professional communication skills
14. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
15. Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
16. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
17. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
18. Self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
