Key Responsibilities Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical services projects
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine scope
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotations
Identifying risks and opportunities within tenders, including value engineering
Collaborating with design and project teams to align costings with delivery plans
Presenting estimates to senior management and supporting tender submissions
Assisting with contract negotiations and handover to delivery teams
Keeping up to date with market rates, materials, and emerging technologies
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E or construction industry
Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (preferred)
