Responsibilities
* Deliver coaching sessions throughout the week before, during and/or after school to enhance performance and increase participation.
* Collate and report attendance at enrichment clubs that will contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the Sports Enrichment Programme.
* Increase participation across all year groups and target groups of students.
* Support the PE department in delivering the school's enrichment plan - increasing sports participation and sporting competitiveness at the academy.
* Build close working relationships, or use current relationships, with local clubs and promote to pupils to attend outside of school time.
* Organise, plan and attend various fixtures throughout the academic year.

Coaching qualification or significant experience
Passion for sport which could be drawn on to benefit Skegness Grammar School
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to plan, organise and deliver meaningful coaching sessions
Desirable
Willing to undertake additional qualifications
Additional NGB coaching qualifications
Experience of working in schools
Holder of a current first aid qualification, or willingness to undertake training
Holder of a current safeguarding qualification, or willingness to undertake training
