Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Stairlift Installation Engineer to join the Installation Team, covering a route across South Yorkshire from the Rotherham Depot.
This role involves installing and removing stairlifts in customers’ homes, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications, customer requirements, and Stannah's high standards for safety, care, and quality.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced installation professional committed to outstanding customer service and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Essential requirements include previous experience in stairlift installation, an NVQ2 in stairlift installation and relevant manufacturer’s product training (desirable), a valid full driving licence, and a DBS check.
Responsibilities
* Install and remove stairlifts in customers’ homes
* Meet schedules, manage loading/unloading, and collect equipment from the depot
* Maintain excellent customer care
* Follow all vehicle responsibilities
* Complete administration tasks accurately, including electronic forms, timesheets, and emails
* Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and report incidents
* Support team development through coaching and mentoring new starters and Installation Mates
Requirements
* Full driving license and DBS certification
* NVQ2 in stairlift installation or working towards it
