Night Shift Hygiene Operatives Wanted Immediate Start!
We are currently recruiting for Hygiene Operatives to work the night shift at a busy meat production factory. This is a vital role in maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene across our site to ensure food safety and compliance.
Position Overview:
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
Ongoing, full time role
Pay: basic rate £12.99 per hour & overtime after first 40 hrs + weekends are time and a half
Breaks: 2 x 15-minute paid breaks per shift
Key Responsibilities:
* Deep cleaning of production equipment, machinery, and factory floors
* Disassembling and sanitising production line components
* Using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
* Ensuring all hygiene standards and procedures are strictly followed
* Working in cold and wet environments (PPE provided)
* Completing hygiene records and checklists accurately
* Collaborating with the team to meet nightly cleaning targets
