We’re looking for a Key Account Management who will be responsible for supporting the head of the unit in the development and growth of the structure and guidelines for KAM.
The position is responsible for all profit generation activities within the scope of Key Account Management in line with Hiab’s business strategy and goals as well as contributes to strategic decisions and future growth as part of Hiab global key account team.
This position will be based in the UK .
Main tasks and responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain profitable business with designated account(s); responsibility for the budgeting and profitability.
2. Provide attractive solutions to the key accounts (products, services and digital offering) and liaise with key internal stakeholders and centres of competence in all required business segments
3. Support in developing a medium and long term strategy for key account development
4. Expand sales, introduce new products / services to clients and organise visits to current and potential clients
5. Retain and intensify long-term customer relationships by providing comprehensive integrated proposals for established accounts
6. Responsible for the coordination of the deliveries, order to cash cycle, including Hiab equipment, installation scheduling, frameworks scheduling, truck deliveries and handover
7. Coordination technical solution development to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded.
8. Ensure Value Selling is implemented in all customer discussions
9. Manage analysis and follow-up performance of the Key Account agreements and follow up and report of Key Accounts performance
What you’ll need to succeed
10. Relevant academic degree (e.g. master or bachelor in business)
11. Experience in different sales and key account management roles as well as business development (preferable in the same or similar industry)
12. Proven track record in managing and developing strategic long term relationships with key accounts
13. Strong experience in negotiating long-term deals
14. Solution sales experience, service understanding
15. Strong understanding of load handling business, understanding of the current and future offering
16. Excellent communication and negotiation skills & relationship management
17. Leadership capabilities, coaching, ability to lead in matrix
18. Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
