The role & responsibilities:
We are seeking a Store Leader eager to advance their career by overseeing a passionate team at The Athlete’s Foot Cockburn. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader looking to progress in retail. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive high performance, team success, and operational initiatives.
The role also involves engaging in local community activations, partnering with sporting events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals. This position offers a dynamic work environment that extends beyond traditional retail to promote brand growth.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
* A motivated and proactive 'Make it Happen' attitude
* A passion for leading and inspiring teams to succeed
* A proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs and targets
* Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
