Job Description
We are experiencing rapid growth at Trova and are looking to add a talented Senior ERP Recruitment Consultant to our London-based team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for ERP roles (ideally within Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics)
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of hiring needs and business objectives
* Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of ERP positions, including both functional and technical roles
* Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of ERP professionals
* Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
* Manage offer negotiations and oversee the closing process with both clients and candidates
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to overall team performance
* Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets
Key Requirements
* Proven experience (2+ years) in ERP or IT recruitment, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
* Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and clients in a fast-paced environment
* Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field
* Established network within the ERP talent market (ideally Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics)
* Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent roles
