Job Description
Role: Services Lead Europe, Emergency Care
Your responsibilities:
* Take full European responsibility for the Service portfolio of all Emergency Care products, acting as the external point of contact for service partners and end customers, and enabling internal stakeholders to find solutions.
* Define, implement, and train Commercial and Service Partners on Service delivery processes and tools.
* Monitor and improve process performance focusing on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
* Participate in the selection, onboarding, and evaluation of Service Partners, and develop their capabilities.
* Represent the voice of Partners with Philips stakeholders and act as SME on projects related to indirect business & service.
* Support the commercial and marketing teams in creating business plans with Partners.
* Ensure commercial success through strong Service delivery performance.
Working Together
We believe in collaboration. This role is based in Farnborough, with a split between face-to-face meetings with stakeholders across UKI, Nordics, BENELUX, Spain, and remote work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong technical background in Biomed, engineering, military equipment services, or similar, with the ability to understand medical devices.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience within healthcare or providing services to the healthcare sector.
* Background in service delivery, service management, customer success, or related roles with responsibility for Service and outsourcing processes.
* Focus on performance management (KPI, SLA).
* Full driving license for travel flexibility.
* Ability to pass a DBS check due to healthcare environment requirements.
