As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in delivering impactful change by leading complex projects independently. We’re looking for an experienced BA who can confidently take ownership of a large project and drive it forward as the primary BA. Experience in digital transformation is desirable but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Take ownership of key business analysis initiatives, working collaboratively to ensure project delivery aligns with strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and define requirements. Requirement Definition: Translate complex business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria to support effective solution development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and third-party vendors to deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Standards & Practices: Help define and uphold Business Analysis standards and methodologies within the organization. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst, leading significant projects independently and ensuring successful delivery. Strong understanding of SDLC with experience in delivering digital change initiatives considered a plus. Experience working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other business stakeholders. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using various techniques. Experience of facilitating and managing workshops and meetings (virtual or in-person) Familiarity with software concepts such as APIs, databases, and user interfaces. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to foster collaboration across teams Experience in the financial services industry is desirable.
