Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We can discuss this further at interview.
Salary: Up to £30,200 per annum
The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:
1. Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
2. Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
3. Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
4. Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

* Retail leadership experience
* Passion for customer service & sales
* Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
* A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
