This is a structured training program designed to be completed within 6 months with support from a mentor and trainer. Successful program completion will result in an interview for or placement as a Team Leader.

* Manage employee performance by providing resources, training, feedback and development opportunities
* Provide incredible customer service to customers and employees alike
* Help to problem solve operational challenges while maintaining open two-way communication with managers
* Coordinate activities, prioritize tasks and ensure the operation runs efficiently for your team
Qualifications
* Required: Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting
* Required: Computer skills
* Preferred: Experience leading a team

Work Environment
The physical demands of this work are classified as medium. Work includes walking, standing for long periods, repetitive hand and arm movements, occasional heavy lifting, bending, climbing, and reaching, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. May be asked to work at cash register station. The average weight range of items lifted is 5 – 20 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds occasionally. You may receive assistance with heavy items, if available. Upper extremity repetition is moderate and trunk movement involves moderate twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens. The work environment is indoors with occasional exposure to cold (33–55°F) temperatures near hot equipment (exceeds 135°F) and seasonal outdoor temperatures and weather. Basic tools and equipment used include computer and handheld telephone and may also include walkie reach/hi-lo, powered pallet jack, and scissors lift.
