Technical Delivery Manager - OTC Specialist Broker Lead the Future of Fintech Delivery Are you a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager ready to drive innovation at the heart of a specialist Over-The-Counter (OTC) Broker? You will be instrumental in leading multiple cross-functional teams, shaping our delivery practices, and integrating advanced AI technologies across our Azure cloud/on-prem hybrid infrastructure. What You'll Be Doing: Delivery & Technical Leadership Lead and manage the delivery across our growing technology function (currently 3 teams), including close coordination with our India-based development team. Drive technical decision-making and ensure delivery excellence for financial products built on the Azure cloud stack. Support and drive the integration of AI/ML technologies into both our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and production data pipelines. Manage complex interdependencies between products and projects across different business domains, balancing strategic initiatives with ad hoc broker requests. Process, Tools & Scaling Champion and continuously improve our Kanban delivery processes and Agile practices. Optimise the usage of JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to ensure efficient, transparent delivery. Design and implement delivery frameworks and governance that are robust and can scale with the organisation's ambitious growth plans. Establish clear delivery metrics, reporting, and governance to provide visibility and ensure accountability. What You'll Bring: Essential Requirements Substantial experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in a fast-paced technology environment. Strong background in cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and demonstrable experience with AI/ML integration in software or data processing. Deep experience delivering greenfield and brownfield software solutions using Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban. Expertise in managing and optimising JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate distributed teams across different time zones. Proven success in scaling delivery processes, frameworks, and teams. Capital Markets experience Working Arrangements Central London Office. 4 days per week in the office, 1 day remote.
