Senior Account Manager - Digital
Bristol (2-3 days in office, rest remote)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the forefront of client growth - owning relationships, guiding performance strategy, and ensuring joined-up delivery across channels. This isn’t a hands-off role - you’ll be part of the team shaping media and content planning, working closely with specialists across paid, organic and analytics to drive success.
* Act as the go-to for clients - understand their world, challenges and goals
* Develop insight-led campaign plans across multiple digital touchpoints
* Lead regular planning, reviews and reporting sessions with stakeholders
* Oversee delivery timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution
* Help evolve the agency’s offering by feeding into new tools, services and ideas
* Support junior team members, share best practice, and bring energy to the team
What They’re Looking For
* Previous agency experience in a similar role (Digital AM/SAM or equivalent)
* Solid understanding of paid and organic media and how they integrate
* Commercial awareness - you understand how to spot growth opportunities
* Confident presenting and reporting back to senior client contacts
* A natural team player who brings structure, energy and clear thinking
* A genuine interest in keeping up with digital trends and innovation
