Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR support across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing expert advice to managers and employees, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Our operations support both businesses in our group – Fruition IT & Enablis. A PE-backed group specialising in providing people-focused solutions to technology challenges.
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
* Support and guide managers through HR processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
* Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of internal staff, including drafting job descriptions, interviewing, and managing offers and contracts.
* Coordinate and update HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and employee handbooks.
* Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records with support from the Senior Office Administrator, in line with GDPR and data protection legislation.
* Support the Head of TA & Development with learning and development initiatives, including induction processes and training records.
* Provide HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decisions.
* Lead or support HR projects such as policy reviews, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR tech implementation.
* Keep up to date with employment law and HR best practices, ensuring continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role within a recruitment or fast-paced service environment.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Ability to handle complex HR queries independently.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
