Key Responsibilities:
· Teach engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
· Plan and deliver lessons that cater to a wide range of learning styles and abilities.
· Foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts while encouraging a love for the subject.
· Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
· Work closely with the Maths department to share best practices and continuously improve teaching strategies.
· Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, such as maths clubs or revision sessions.
Ideal Candidate:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
· A passion for teaching Maths and inspiring students to achieve their best.
· Strong classroom management and communication skills.
· Ability to motivate and engage students, building their confidence in the subject.
· Commitment to high standards of teaching and professional development.
