Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to join our Procurement team at our UK office in Bangor, North Wales.

What You Will Accomplish Here…
You will leverage your skills as a detailed, persuasive writer to produce concise, informative, and credible proposals that differentiate us from competitors and drive revenue growth. Your main responsibilities include gathering, formatting, proofreading, editing, and obtaining approvals for proposals and bids (RFPs).
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prioritize target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval to meet deadlines.
2. Collaborate with Sales to produce Statements of Work proposals for clients.
3. Organize multi-stage draft reviews based on feedback.
4. Revise content based on management feedback.
5. Proofread for spelling, punctuation, grammar, and clarity.
6. Create task lists, assign responsibilities, and maintain schedules to ensure timely proposal completion.
7. Track proposal statuses and update records accordingly.
8. Coordinate proposal content by reviewing RFPs and attending strategy meetings.
9. Perform compliance reviews based on client instructions.
10. Research industry information as needed.
11. Propose creative ideas for bid response materials.
12. Develop templates for common services.
13. Follow procedures for RFP development and maintain quality standards.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Credentials
* Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* High attention to detail and quality.
