We are looking for an Apprentice Shift Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Shift Supervisor will also be expected to motivate and lead their team, develop strategies to increase sales, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities: Schedule and assign tasks to employees. Train and supervise staff. Ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Maintain records of employee attendance and performance. Provide feedback to employees on their performance. Monitor customer service standards and take corrective action when necessary. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner. You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
