Here at Carshalton College, we are seeking a Centre School Administrator to provide administration support to the Head of College Administration and curriculum staff to support the effective management and delivery of the curriculum.
Responsibilities
1. Work in a team and liaise with curriculum staff and cross-college services on student and staff matters.
2. Manage enquiries and administration tasks related to courses/exams.
3. Support ad hoc business tasks and events, including enrolment, progression, and admissions within each Centre.
4. Create, review, and update all school timetables within EBS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
5. Handle queries from awarding bodies, curriculum areas, students, parents, and stakeholders, including correspondence and troubleshooting.
Requirements
* Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
* High computer literacy skills.
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
* GCSE/Level 2 education including English and Maths.
* Desirable: Experience in a curriculum setting and supporting students, parents, and staff.
