Early Help Practitioner (Central Assessment Team and Etrop Court)
Join our team as an Early Help Practitioner, working within the Central Assessment Team and at Etrop Court. This role offers a full-time, temporary position until March 2026, with a working week of 35 hours.
Key details include:
* Essential car user allowance, requiring a full valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Applicants must provide:
* Two references, with a preference for three years' employment history.
* DBS and BPSS clearance, with information handled confidentially.
The successful candidate will be based at Hulme District Office, collaborating with police, social workers, and housing officers. Responsibilities include caseload management, assessments, and working independently and within a team to support families experiencing difficulties.
Essential requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a childcare setting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including home visits.
* Strong recording, IT, and communication skills.
* Essential car user with a UK driving licence.
