Key Responsibilities: Conduct all required tasks within the MRO facility, including strip, survey, rebuild, and product acceptance testing of new and used products Complete surveys and repairs following agreed practices Adhere to quality principles and regulatory procedures by following defined processes and technical data Carry out assembly, strip, survey, rebuild, and testing of products autonomously (subject to training) Identify and drive productivity and performance improvement opportunities Implement lean manufacturing processes Contribute to the continuous development of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements Participate in tier and team meetings to understand work scheduling and update targets Job Requirements: Experience in fitting, with a broad product knowledge Ability to interpret technical data with an understanding of fuel systems, mechanical syste...
