A major UK financial services organisation is seeking a corporate lawyer to join it's tight knit legal team. You'll work on high-value risk transfer and reinsurance transactions, while supporting governance and broader group initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a transactional lawyer with M&A or reinsurance experience looking to move into a broad role which sits closely with the business and has excellent commercial exposure. Key responsibilities: Drafting, negotiating and managing transaction documents from early-stage structuring to completion Providing legal support on existing transactions and operational queries Supporting governance processes and ensuring legal risks are clearly communicated Collaborating with various business teams and senior stakeholders Managing external counsel Assisting with development of standard documentation and contributing to legal training About you: Qualified lawyer with 3 years' PQE gained in corporate M&A/reinsurance at a leading firm.
