Brand & Marketing Manager - Mountains

Please note that this is a fixed term parental leave cover (Feb 2026 - Feb 2027).
What you'll be doing:
1. Lead integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and inspire customer engagement.
2. Partner with the GM Marketing to drive alignment across RealNZ.
3. Mentor and empower a team of talented marketers to deliver their best work.
4. Own and evolve the Cardrona & Treble Cone brands, celebrating our heritage and guardianship.
5. Use insights and data to fuel campaign performance and decision making.
6. Build meaningful partnerships to elevate our brand presence and impact.
What you’ll bring:
7. 6+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in leadership.
8. A proven track record in brand and campaign management in a dynamic environment.
9. Creative flair and a strategic mindset, with a love for storytelling.
10. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
11. Passion for conservation, tourism, and creating extraordinary experiences.
12. A relevant tertiary qualification is a bonus, but not essential.
