An exciting position has become available for a Centre Coordinator to join our property team in Leiston. The successful candidate will work 16 hours per week – Thursday & Friday, with a salary of £10,400.

Main Role Requirements
* Strong administration experience
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Desire to learn and develop in the role
Main Role Responsibilities
* Delivering excellent customer service to all users of the centre
* Effective day-to-day running of the centre
* Proactive on-site facilities management and reporting
* Ensuring all centre targets are met
* Promoting and selling centre units, conference facilities, and centre services
* General reception and administration duties
* Providing information for the production of monthly invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* Conference and event support
* Out-of-hours call out (mainly via phone with some site visits when required)
