Location & Hours
Location: Warrington - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with occasional travel to sites across the United Utilities region.
Hours: 40 hours per week - We offer some flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!

Your Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role within our Commercial Team. Your focus will be on maximizing value while upholding quality and safety standards. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Prepare integrated cost forecasts and reports for various projects.
* Assist with subcontract preparation and measurement of interim & final accounts.
* Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate cost monitoring and reporting.
* Analyze cost items to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
* Build positive relationships with clients and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
What We’re Looking For

* You possess excellent IT skills, especially in Excel.
* You’re eager to develop your skills in estimation and cost analysis.
