We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Llanelli. They provide around the clock care to a diverse range of service users, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.

Your New Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering service users of all ages and personalities. You will help them celebrate their individuality and live in line with their support plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting social, educational and work-related activities to enhance emotional, cultural and physical well-being
Providing personal care when required
Assisting with general housekeeping and domestic duties
Shifts are varied, including long days, wakeful nights and occasional sleep-ins, offering flexibility and variety in your working week.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
No prior experience is required as full training is provided. What matters most is your passion for supporting people, your flexibility and your ability to adapt to different situations.
