Description
We’re looking for an Expenses Software Specialist to join our newly established support team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a technical support background who enjoys solving problems, working closely with clients, and helping businesses get the best from software and technology.
You’ll play a key role in supporting and onboarding clients onto Capture Expense, our modern expenses platform, helping deliver a high-quality customer experience from implementation through to ongoing support.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting financial systems, accounting software, SaaS platforms, or working with imports, exports, integrations, and client data.

What you’ll do
* Providing high-quality support to clients across the Capture Expense platform
* Troubleshooting issues relating to imports, exports, integrations, and user configuration
* Supporting onboarding and implementation activities for new clients
* Delivering client training sessions and product demonstrations
* Building strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
* Working collaboratively with Product, Development, Sales, and Operations teams
* Identifying recurring issues and opportunities to improve the client experience
* Developing strong expertise across the Capture Expense platform and associated financial systems
What you’ll bring
* Experience in technical support, SaaS support, onboarding, or software implementation
* Exposure to accounting systems, finance platforms, payroll software, or expenses systems
* Experience working with CSV imports/exports, integrations, or client data management
* Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication skills with confidence speaking to clients
* A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with expense management software or financial platforms would be advantageous, but not essential.
