Senior Urban Designer to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £50,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00pm.
Duties:
1. Feasibility layouts from 10-1000 homes
2. Landscape-led masterplans, primarily focused on residential delivery
3. Outline planning applications
4. Reserved Matters and Detailed applications
5. Carrying out site xxuwjjq visits and appraisals
6. Writing reports/DAS's
