* Identify and implement asset management initiatives to improve income, reduce voids, and enhance capital value
* Contribute to portfolio strategy through performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting
* Work with internal and external stakeholders on refurbishments, redevelopment opportunities, and disposal plans
* Monitor market trends and occupier demand to inform strategy at both asset and portfolio levels
* Support acquisitions and disposals, providing asset-level input during due diligence and underwriting
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ESG requirements across the portfolio
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in commercial asset management, ideally client-side or from a consultancy working closely with property owners
* Sound understanding of landlord & tenant law, lease structuring, and the commercial property market
* Comfortable working across mixed-use or multi-sector portfolios
* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying value-creation opportunities
* Confident communicator with experience managing internal stakeholders, tenants, and external advisors
* MRICS preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with relevant experience

* Competitive salary (£50,000 – £65,000 DOE)
* Annual bonus
* Car allowance
* Contributory pension scheme
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Career progression in a growing, well-capitalised property company with a long-term investment strategy
