This is a key leadership role covering estates development, facilities management, procurement, health & safety, and IT infrastructure across its portfolio. The Role As Director of Estates, you will provide both strategic direction and operational oversight of the organisation’s property portfolio. You will lead capital projects, ensure homes are compliant and well-maintained, and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Executive Team, you will help shape a safe, efficient, and future-proof environment.
