About the Role
Birmingham City Infrastructure – Full Time, Permanent. Pegasus Group is welcoming applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our dynamic Infrastructure team in Birmingham and work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. Please note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore we are unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career, requiring work-sponsored Visas.
What We Are Looking For
* Academic qualifications: HNC or BEng in Civil Engineering or a related subject such as Geography, Maths, or Engineering.
* Demonstrated logical and analytical approach.
* Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Ability to take initiative and think creatively.
* Work experience in Infrastructure or Civil Engineering is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Infrastructure Engineer, you will work closely with the Infrastructure team to support the production of designs, calculations and drawings for planning applications and construction projects across major development sectors, including residential, retail, industrial, and commercial developments. You will contribute to a range of projects, providing high‑quality advice and service to clients, and gain exposure to a variety of sectors and clients to support your professional development.
