About You
* Successful New & Used Sales Executive with an enthusiastic personality and self‑motivated.
* Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team.
* Target driven, team player, and can drive the standard in customer care.
* The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.

Requirements
* Must be at least 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months (to be eligible for a company vehicle).

Induction & Development
For your first 5 days in the business, you'll be attending our residential induction academy at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you'll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
