A fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN to step into a leadership role at a friendly, well-established small animal clinic in Cheshire.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys mentoring, developing others, and driving high clinical and client care standards.
About the Role
* Salary up to £38,000K
* 4-day working week with a set day off
* 9-hour shifts
* Includes duty nights and 1 in 4 weekends
* Consult lengths: 15 minutes (sick pets) / 10 minutes (vaccinations)
Opening Hours
* Mon: 08:00–19:00
* Tues–Thurs: 08:00–20:00
* Fri: 08:00–19:00
* Sat–Sun: 09:00–15:00
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified RVN with solid clinical experience
* Confident, proactive and supportive leader
* Enjoys mentoring RVNs, students and VCAs
* Strong communicator with a patient-focused approach
* Motivated to maintain and develop clinical excellence across the team

* Approx. 50/50 dog & cat caseload

* 8am–5pm
