Responsibilities
1. Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
2. Handle Estate Administration, Trusts and Taxation matters
3. Manage cases for the Court of Protection
4. Develop strong relationships with clients and referrers
5. Contribute to the growth of the firm by developing new business opportunities and helping to attract new clients
Requirements
6. You will be a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner with ideally a minimum of 2 PQE in private client work
7. Highly organised and capable of working effectively under pressure
8. Skilled in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
9. A collaborative team player
10. Dedicated to providing the best possible client care
