Senior Hospitality Recruiter – Director
Phoenix Resourcing Services Ltd (PRS) is recruiting for a Senior Hospitality recruiter to join a growing team with well‑established clients. The role requires a consultant who can hit the ground running and manage a full 360 client portfolio, building relationships and resourcing a busy desk.
Responsibilities:
* Account management for approximately 1000 hours per week.
* Work is front‑of‑house (FOH) and within budget & invoicing (B&I).
* Engage with around 12 established PSLs (Partner Service Lists) to drive account growth, starting in January 2026.
* Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 12 months recruiting for hospitality and catering front‑of‑house teams.
* Strong relationship building and communication skills.
Compensation:
* Base salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
* Opportunity to earn additional commissions.
