This is an exciting opportunity for someone highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and contribute to our Investment Banking business.
The UK Natural Resources team covers corporates across the Energy, Power & Utilities, Renewables, and Mining sectors, based and listed in the UK. The team provides a wide range of advisory services related to local and cross-border disposals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, capital structure, liability management, and execution of equity, hybrid, and debt issuance. The team also offers corporate broking services to UK-listed clients, involving extensive interaction with equity research and sales teams, including exposure to senior clients.
As an Associate in the UK Natural Resources team, you will play a key role in originating and executing investment banking mandates across major product areas.
