Sales Coordinator - Southwater, Horsham

* Salary: Up to £30,000 basic (depending on experience) + bonuses/OTE
* Flexible benefits, up to 27 days holiday+ bank holidays & additional leave purchase scheme
* Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday

Your Role: Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and revenue growth by providing first-class support to our sales team and customers. Acting as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, you will ensure enquiries are converted efficiently into orders while delivering a responsive, customer‑focused service.

Working in close partnership with our Sales Executives, you will manage the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, momentum, and timely progression. You will proactively engage with existing and lapsed customers, identifying opportunities to increase order value, re‑activate accounts, and support pipeline growth. Your ability to spot commercial opportunities, paired with strong organisation and communication skills, will directly contribute to sales success and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment, enjoys relationship‑building, and takes pride in turning enquiries into measurable results.


What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an organised, proactive, and commercially minded professional with experience supporting sales activity. We’re looking for someone who helps keep sales moving, adds real value through every customer interaction, and thrives in a fast paced, results focused environment.

Specifically, you’ll bring:

* The ability to work efficiently and react quickly in a busy, fast moving sales environment.
* A proven track record of handling customer enquiries and making proactive outbound calls within a phone‑based sales or support role.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with a confident, friendly, and professional approach.
* A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a sales coordination, sales administration, or sales support role.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and maintain momentum across multiple accounts.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous).
* Experience within the packaging or distribution sector would be beneficial, though not essential.
