About the Role: Your Pharmacy, Your Leadership
We’re looking for a passionate, community-minded Pharmacist Manager to take clinical and operational leadership of a high-performing branch dispensing ~8,000 items/month. This is your chance to:

Your Core Responsibilities
* Clinical Leadership: Drive Pharmacy First, flu, travel vax, and other commissioned services
* Team Development: Lead and mentor a stable, skilled team of dispensers and technicians
* Community Engagement: Build trusted links with GPs, PCNs, and local stakeholders
* Operational Excellence: Ensure full GPhC compliance and smooth daily operations
