ROLE PURPOSE The Product Coordinator - Exclusives will manage the exclusives process end to end. In addition, this role encompasses pre-sales support to the UK focus. In this role, you will be expected to support communications across all functions, most notably commercial and operations, ensuring internal/external communication is clear whilst maintaining excellent organizational skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Accountable for end-to-end management of exclusives items for core Funko Vinyl products. Working closely with VP Sales EMEA, alongside Planning, Product, Marketing, and Events teams, on sales initiatives related to exclusive items. Being the communicator of exclusive item detail to the Sales Team, including presenting the monthly offerings and in turn providing collations to internal teams, in line with agreed processes. Responsible for sustaining up to date and accurate records on the status of exclusives via the FTM Tracker and ensuring copies are issued to the business within the agreed timeframe. Identifying any amendments in records (i.e. item cancellations by Funko, production delays, embargo date changes) or commitment failures from customers (no Sales Orders from customers, volume inaccuracies) and communicating to the relevant Sales Managers and/or internal teams. Rapidly problem solve to prevent supply chain issues escalating and to ensure smooth running of range management into product delivery. Regularly reviewing historic records and cleansing the FTM Tracker of expired items. In turn, providing internal teams the detail needed to ensure surplus inventory is offered for sale. Responsible for the daily upkeep of the FTM inbox regarding all exclusive item requests and queries from Sales Managers and internal teams. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Solid knowledge and understanding of company systems, products, and processes. Attention to detail is a must. Project-oriented, pro-active, creative, and self-motivated work style. Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging senior executives. Fantastic written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Organized, enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable with a positive outlook and a 'all hands-on deck' attitude. Be able to demonstrate a ‘team player’ ethic.
