Are you ready to join a dynamic team? We are seeking an Internal Communications Assistant (Communications and Strategy Assistant) to join the Birmingham office. This role offers the opportunity to boost the firm's strategic and communication initiatives across our UK, Middle East, and Asia offices.
The Role
The Internal Communications Assistant (Communications and Strategy Assistant) will be at the heart of the firm's strategic projects.
1. Support strategic projects, including business planning and growth objectives.
2. Work with the Internal Communications Manager on internal communications.
3. Assist in delivering communications for the Responsible Business agenda.
4. Contribute to the organisation of the Partners' Conference.
5. Provide general administrative help to the Head of Strategy & Communications.
The Candidate
The ideal Internal Communications Assistant (Communications and Strategy Assistant) will possess:
6. Previous business experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
8. Commercial acumen and analytical skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
10. Excellent report and presentation writing skills.
