We're excited to be working alongside a well-respected organisation based in Worcester as they look to welcome a Payroll Assistant to their team. This part-time, permanent opportunity offers the chance to join a dedicated and supportive workplace that values excellence, collaboration, and attention to detail in everything they do.
Support new starters and leavers by providing guidance on accessing payslips.
Providing pension information, and issuing P45s, ensuring a seamless transition in and out of the organisation.
To work closely with the broader Finance team along with the HR division.
Assisting with overtime, salary adjustments, backpay, salary sacrifice deductions, rent and cycle-to-work schemes, annual increments, cost-of-living increases, and leave entitlements such as holiday, maternity, and sick pay.
