Situated just West of Perth on the A9, their restaurant prides itself on providing a consistent, high-quality experience.
There are two seating areas, you can sit in their conservatory and enjoy the heat of the sun and gentle breeze flowing through the open doors in summer or instead enjoy the warmth of their wood burning stove in winter. Alternatively take a seat inside, witness the bustle of the restaurant and savour the wafting smells flowing out of the kitchen. They are proud to make all of their dishes and desserts by hand onsite using the best local and seasonal ingredients as often as possible.
At Gloagburn they pride themselves in the consistency of their offering; simple foods that taste fantastic and first-class service for every customer that comes through the door.
They have now created a new role and have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join the team.
Responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant at Gloagburn ensuring a high and consistent level of customer service and food service is achieved at all times and all restaurant employees are effectively trained managed and developed.
This role involves working closely with the Directors to continuously improve the customer experience and achieve business goals.
Skills and experience required:
Applying candidates should have a CV that details:
* At least 3 years proven management experience in a similar environment – a busy restaurant/coffee shop
* Financial awareness including costing, pricing and budgeting
* Driving licence and own transport
Salary is £35,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience plus various company benefits.
The operation is open seven days per week, 8am-6pm and you would work five days out of seven.
