Theyre known for their innovation, precision, and strong team culture and right now, theyre looking for a Fitter to join the team. The role Youll be responsible for maintaining, modifying, and repairing die tooling to keep production running smoothly. This will include sharpening tooling, spotting dies and inserts, performing welding and finishing work, and using measuring instruments to ensure everythings completed to spec. Youll also be involved in problem-solving, continuous improvement, and supporting other technicians through training and teamwork. Its a hands-on role that requires a mix of technical skill, initiative, and a strong focus on quality and safety.
