An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chemistry Teacher to join an outstanding secondary school in Taunton. This is a perfect role for someone with a passion for Chemistry and a desire to inspire students to pursue careers in science and research.

Your Role as Chemistry Teacher:
• Teach dynamic and engaging Chemistry lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach A-Level Chemistry.
• Deliver lessons that emphasize scientific inquiry, practical work, and critical thinking.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages students to explore the wonders of Chemistry.
• Support students in achieving excellent results in their GCSE and A-Level Chemistry exams.
• Lead extracurricular science activities, including chemistry clubs and science fairs.

Who We’re Looking For:
• A qualified Chemistry Teacher (QTS/PGCE or equivalent).
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Chemistry.
• The ability to inspire students through hands-on experiments and interactive lessons.
• A commitment to student success and the ability to differentiate for a range of learners.
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
