Your new company We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite leaders. This is a high-profile, fast-moving role where no two days are the same. You'll be a trusted partner to the C-suite, enabling them to lead effectively across departments and deliver impact. Your new role Provide high-level executive support to the C-suite, including diary management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communications. Prepare impactful presentations and assist with brand, marketing, and communications projects. Support the delivery of key objectives Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of priorities. Act as a connector and problem-solver, enabling creativity to thrive while maintaining operational excellence. Provide support across the wider Executive Office, ensuring smooth leadership operations. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience supporting senior leaders (C-suite, Executive Team, or Board level). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage complex diaries and anticipate needs. A proactive, collaborative mindset with high levels of initiative.
