A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Team Leader to become part of our Emergency Accommodation Team. This post will lead and manage a team administering and booking households into emergency accommodation, and income recovery associated with those placements.
You’ll Play a Pivotal Role In:
* Inspiring, challenging, developing and supporting team members.
* Ensuring that vulnerable households are housed as quickly and efficiently as possible and that the collection of rent and service charges is maximised.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services meet high standards.
* Driving best-practice approaches to service delivery.
