Responsibilities
* Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
* Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
* Assist with daily activities and help maintain residents’ independence and individuality.
* Deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care when required.
* Identify and report any concerns about abuse, harm or neglect in line with safeguarding procedures.
* Complete and maintain accurate care documentation.
