About the Role
This is a fixed‑term role until December 2026 working full‑time.
SeRP is recruiting a Technical Project Manager to manage national federated data projects that are transforming how UK researchers securely connect, share and analyse data to deliver real‑world scientific and health impact.
The Role Includes
* Develop and maintain project delivery plans, risk registers and progress reports.
* Coordinate project governance structures and stakeholder engagement.
* Coordinate contracting, partner onboarding and project mobilisation activities.
* Oversee documentation, reporting and compliance with funder requirements.
* Foster a collaborative environment across diverse technical and institutional teams.

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 – A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
