Legal Administrator – Property Management

As a Legal Administrator, you will be the person in charge of keeping the legal and compliance wheels turning smoothly — from supporting transactions to managing leasehold obligations and resident matters. You’ll be a key link between solicitors, leaseholders, and internal teams, ensuring everything is delivered accurately and on time.
Role Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for customer, contractor, and solicitor enquiries.
2. Managing pre-contract and due diligence queries, supporting property sales and transfers.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and issuing legal documents (Deeds, Certificates, Consents, Lease Extensions).
4. Overseeing completions, system updates (Qube), resident registrations, and record-keeping.
5. Handling financial tasks including invoicing, payments, refunds, and finance packs.
