Embark on a transformative career journey as Product Owner as part of Barclays Investment Bank Client & Data Management team, aligned to Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO).

In this role, you will own Organisation Party Central (OPC), a critical enterprise product supporting organisational data across Barclays. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise data priorities, and regulatory requirements. Acting as the primary point of accountability for product outcomes, you will manage and prioritise the product backlog, balancing strategic, regulatory, and operational demands while making key decisions on product priorities, scope, and delivery trade-offs.

Working closely with Business Analysts, Data Architects, Technology Leads, Project Managers, Solution Designers, and Engineering teams, you will drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and maximise product value. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Data, Technology, and Change functions to communicate product progress, value, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment across the organisation.

Additionally, you will maintain strong governance standards, ensure compliance with data management, risk, and regulatory requirements, and proactively manage risks, issues, and delivery dependencies to support successful outcomes and long-term product performance.

What You’ll Bring

You will bring strong product ownership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and align diverse stakeholder interests. You will excel at translating business and regulatory requirements into clear product priorities, driving delivery through collaboration, and ensuring that outcomes generate measurable value while maintaining robust governance, risk, and compliance standards.
